โAm meisten hat uns die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter beeindruckt, egal ob die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, an den Bars, im Restaurant oder die Putzkrรคfte. Alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend. รberhaupt auf der ganzen Insel sind alle Menschen sehr freundlich.
Das einzige, womit wir etwas zu kรคmpfen hatten, war der Duschknopf, aber man hat sich dann auch daran gewรถhnt.โ

โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.

โWe had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot.
