The location is amazing, and the customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, the mattress and the air conditioning were the worst I’ve ever experienced, which made my stay much less comfortable.

Very nice overnight visit. My only real complaint was that the air conditioning system should be located both in the living room area and the bedroom area. Keeping it in the bedroom area makes the bedroom too cold, or hot during the winter. Otherwise, great location, steps to the beach, near downtown, worked well for me.

Half the outlets didn’t work in the property , there were an ants nest at the bottom of the stairs must have been 1000s of ants . The bathroom door didn’t shut properly, the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we got there and took overnight to cool down . It’s older and not kept up well . Positives - amazing location , ocean view , the chairs outside the rooms are comfortable. Check in was easy .

Super cute no-frills you get what you pay for would be nice if the cable TV actually worked and if they actually put dimmer switches in the place as multiple colored lightbulbs and other stuff, very bright or dark ironically could make it a little better for insurance design, but to be honest well stocked had everything in there for a little experience I have to say amazing walking to the beach very cute area smacked perfect location so it is what it is and if that works for you it's an amazing location if you want to be in montauk
