hi Andrew good day , we are sorry that your stay was uncomfortable. about the gate been shut, our gate is operated by remote control and after dark the gate is closed for the safety of our guest and staff . you arrived in the night time , you even apologize for been late because you said you had stop on the way here, about the Ac it works fine and is still working but if while adjusting the temperature you mistakenly put it on heat it might react the way you said , the front desk is closed after 11 pm ,but staff is always on the compound, again we do apologize for any inconvenience.

Good day Mr Ramon first we apologize for any inconvenience. but let us be fair to each other, you had keys to get in and out of the building so how can you justify it is like a prison, the gate to the main road is kept closed for the safety of our guest and staff and is opened to you or any guest at a mere gesture it is remotely controlled and closes itself automatically , secondly you did not request taxi service from us . you said you wanted to walk to the other facilities because you could see both places while standing at the hotel gate. one place is approximately 64 meters or 210 feet from the hotel and the other place that you went is about twice the distance.I do understand that maybe you did not want to walk back and that you had to wait long for a taxi as you have said, but it is not fair to penalize us for that. if you had called the hotel like you did while you were on your way from the air port, we would come and pick you up or send one of our taxi drivers for you. remember when you were leaving we had a taxi here for you in about 15 and that is when you were telling us about your long wait while you were at the other place. again we do apologize for any inconvenience.
