Property and staff overall was exceptional although they didn’t have our room ready and had to check in a hour later. Upon our check out date the water main was shut off and’s were couldn’t shower prior to check out and we couldn’t check out properly due to their systems being down. But the breakfast was very delicious with a lot of varieties to choose from.

There was scheduled maintenance during my stay that cut off the water, of which I was unaware. Staff said water would be unavailable from 8 am -10 am, but I was more like 10 am-12 pm. It was very inconvenient when trying to use the restroom or shower.

If you are traveling to Salinas for a tournament, do not stay here. I booked a room with two beds, but when I arrived, they didn't have the room I booked available. We got one bed. People were waiting to get into their rooms until well after the 3 PM check-in time. They ran out of towels, so we were left with two towels for our trip. The staff was completely unprepared for the amount of people that were staying.

Staff was rude. Did not get the room I booked 4 months in advance. Don’t stay here and don’t use Expedia because you’re not guaranteed the room you book. Room doors do not have any closing assistance so people were slamming doors all night. Breakfast was on par with most major state penitentiaries. Would have rather made the 20 min drive to stay in Monterey.

Conveniently located for our stay. Staff was helpful, friendly, and customer focused. Room was clean and serviced as requested. Only downside to our stay was the wall switch controlled shades. The outer darkening shade was down and not functional when we arrived. Maintenance was unable to repair it during our week stay and shade was left partially rolled up. Hotel was fully booked, so another room wasn't available. The hotel offers a pool, spa, fitness center, and laundry facilities. This was our second stay there and would recommend to others.

Homeless right outside the parking lot. Cold coffee. Ran out of coffee. Ran out of creamer. I had to ask several times for these items. Walking around at night, there were homeless people charging their cell phones against the building

From the staff, the cozy fluffy mattress, to the great full breakfast spread, with so many options, everythings been great for my 3 night stay with my family! To top it off, its pet friendly! Our furry family member was welcomed ❤️

We stayed for 1 night only, staff very helpful, our room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, but not a big deal. Pretty clean & roomy. Love that they use white sheets.

Clean and comfortable
We arrived slightly early, but coffee and cookies in the lobby helped us get through the time waiting for our room to be ready. The room was very clean and included everything we needed. Unfortunately there was a party going on in the next room. First I called the front desk and they said they would send security over, but that had no effect. Finally, close to midnight, I banged on the wall as hard as I could and that seemed to get the message across because it finally got quiet. The breakfast buffet was fine, though it would have been nice to have an omelet without cheese.

The property next to this hotel use to be a motel now it appears to be a possible homeless camp. They walk through the parking lot of the Hampton hotel checking car doors and I didn’t see any onsite outside security stoping this. Our room had no hot water, when the staff was informed they told us to run the water for a long time and turn the handle up and down this way and that way but nothing worked. The shower had mold. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Our room was only serviced once on a 5 night stay even though servicing is supposed to be every other day. I had stayed at this property before and everything was acceptable but it has turned for the worse. Will not be staying here in future visits.

The breakfast was not as good as the Holidsy in express. The room had a spot for an iron but had to wait for ine to be delivered. There was not enough hot water for all of us to shower, four people.

Absolute joke. Paid so much money for what was supposed to be a great stay and it ended up being the worst experience ever. So much for luxury/deluxe rooms. Staff was super unhelpful and did not give quality hospitality.

It was easy access to the freeway, in a quite neighborhood and hotel was clean. However, the 3 times I went to eat breakfast the tables were not clean and we always had to ask staff to clean them. If it was not for the tables I would give them a 5 star.
