Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. There is laundry, ice& vending machines on site. They have a pretty courtyard. Overall good stay, comfortable beds, found a beer bottle cap on the floor near the bed, could have done a better job of cleaning but for one night I didn’t complain.

Great place to stay. The only constructive criticism I could give is that the walkways and stairs close to the building need to be steam cleaned to get rid of what looks like years of dirt and remnants from various spills - kind of gross. The floor in my room had some grit that I could feel and stuck to my feet - it was probably sand from the nearby beach. Being an avid camper, I know that that sand is darn near impossible to get rid of - most vacuums will not pick it up. But the day-to-day cleaning that the staff does is very good. Recommended!

The room I had, wasn't up to me standard, things was falling off the wall. Bottom trim on the floor was coming apart from the wall, the TV remote had tape on it. I wasn't happy with my room 😒

This was the first property that I've ever stayed at that did not have a refrigerator!!! The key card was glitchy even after being replaced once. The bed was a double and not a queen as expected but I guess that was our fault for not reading the discription more closely. Will probably stay someplace else in the future even if it cost more.

Could use better cleaning. The blankets were old and crusty which made sleep hard the bed was very uncomfy when you sit on it it went up in the front part it was a hard trip for me

The room assigned to us had a very strong cleaner/fragrance smell. It was so strong our entire family was uncomfortable with the smell. We asked for another room but none were available. We understand that a reassignment wasn’t possible however was not offered any assistance or offer to improve the situation.

Rooms were clean however the bathroom door looked like someone had punched a hole through it and the site made a terrible looking attempt to just patch the hole. I mean seriously buy a new door stop being so damn cheap! The hot water in the shower was barely warm. The tv remote had no cover for the batteries. The batteries kept falling out.

Zimmer waren sauber, Personal beim Check in freundlich. Ein No-Go: die Spülung der Toilette ging nicht und wir konnten diese nicht benutzen. Als ich das am Check in dem Personal gemeldet hatte, wurde mir nicht geholfen, also hatte ich Pech. Das geht überhaupt nicht !

We just got a basic room with two full beds room was a little small for the beds but it was fine for us. Room is very clean. We stayed multiple nights so there was no cleaning service and we had to take our towels to the front desk to exchange them out but that was okay with us too. The only thing I didn't like was there was no in room coffee pot. You could get coffee at the front desk in the morning. They did offer to upgrade us to a room with a microwave and a refrigerator. They had a room set up with a laundromat soda vending machines and ice maker

The staff was very unprofessional. Originally planned for 3 nights. When we asked about the option on not staying the 3rd night they told us to pay and if we changed our minds by Sunday they would credit back our card for Monday. We decided to not stay Monday and they refused to credit our money back on our card, And treated us very rudely as well. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.!!

I checked in at 8 pm after a long drive up. The shower drain backed up as I was showering. The dirty water was up to my ankles. I attempted to contact the front desk but there was no answer. Upon checkout the next day, there still was no one at the front desk. I have been staying at this location for the last 10 years, but I may change that up after this. So disappointed.

Very very uncomfortable beds. Shower seemed like it hasn't really been cleaned. Towels were stained and dirty. There were roaches in the room. I would not recommend this place unless there's just no other choice. It's pretty crappy.
