"Beach views were fantastic. The place is somewhat hard to fund as the number 4 is very small on the side of the building. The parking spot available was great. We were on the 4 floor but you enter up a flight of stairs outside so it's really 5, a bit difficult with suitcases. Once in though the location is fantastic to the train, restaurants and shopping. Not too far a walk to old town and the ferry. We liked our room, spacious and comfortable."

"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything!
