“Beach views were fantastic. The place is somewhat hard to fund as the number 4 is very small on the side of the building. The parking spot available was great. We were on the 4 floor but you enter up a flight of stairs outside so it's really 5, a bit difficult with suitcases. Once in though the location is fantastic to the train, restaurants and shopping. Not too far a walk to old town and the ferry. We liked our room, spacious and comfortable.”

“Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

“The location is beautiful, the view of the church and part of the bay is a good morning wake up dreaming view.. my only complaint was the arrival… the office was close at 4 pm and nobody was answering the WhatsApp contact. A lady open the door to the building where the office was located, and we where able to contact a different phone #, however we have to wait another 20 minutes to finally have the phone answer (they didn’t call back, even though they know we were waiting).. non issue if you...

“Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything!
