The staff was super nice and accommodating. However, the tv situation is that it would freeze every few minutes. Also, the bathroom did not seem clean. Besides that, it was fine for a one night stay.

Very much enjoyed my stay. All staff friendly and knowledgeable and while some things were a bit worn around the edges, you can tell this hotel works hard to keep it all in tip-top shape. My only dissappointment was it stormed every time I wanted to use the pool! Thanks for a great couple of nights.

Room was great new and clean. The heat didn’t work!! Didn’t realize until 2:20AM. Reported around 04:30 AM. Very cold even though thermostat said 75 degrees. Keys did not work requiring a return to front desk. No guidance on Free Wi Fi. On check in. On the 04:30 call to front desk front desk agent was confused and gave conflicting directions. I figured it out as a Hilton Honors member !! No paper or writing pen/pencil in room to get directions. Only ONE coffee cup for use with kerig type pot. Two guests man and spouse!! TV controller very confusing. Some directions would help. Only one elevator worked. Checkout agents very concerned and had me write out concerns and maintenance man went directly to room. Room 312.
