Nice lady that checked us in. Very convenient and easy access off Hwy 82 and Interstate 65. Quiet, clean, safe location. Beautiful view of golf course from our 3rd floor window facing the front. Great breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Elevators were not working and we were on 3rd floor. Went to check out and asked where can I get ice since it wasn't working on 3rd floor, was told 2nd floor. I was not walking back up. Room could have been cleaned better. Bathroom had hair around toilet and seem to not have been vacuumed. Also had to walk back down stairs to get extra sheets for the pull out bed since there wasn't any. And more towels. Sleeps 6 but only had 2 towels in room. Overall just really inconvenient for our short 10 hrs stay.

The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful office, she said she put in a work service for exhaust and t vfor\nAfter our visit. She was very kind and offered gave us more cows and body wash

Staff was very friendly. From room to reception area, pool to even the parking lot….everything was clean. Substantial breakfast that included fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, biscuits and gravy. It was a great value and will return.

The best part of our stay is the BREAKFAST. Hands down. I have stayed here two years in a row on spring break on our way to Gulf Shores. No other place has a better breakfast and I made sure to tell them that when we left. Thank you!

I choose to stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites based on high review ratings and that it is a recent renovated property. I received an ADA room and was not happy with it. It was nearly midnight and hotel was full so trading rooms was not an option. The cleanliness of the room was lacking from the well worn carpet to the bathroom and linen. The bathroom received cursory treatment it is grimy and needs deep cleaning at the toilet and tub area. The complimentary bottles must be topped off. The fridge needs cleaning, I could not use any part of the freezer for my ice packs bc it was nasty. The bed linen top sheet had a hair and marks, I had to sleep on top of it. I was exhausted and at least had a good nights sleep and was in safe environment. I hate seeing those IHG commercials about best clean hotel rooms because it just is not true in this case and others I have experienced.

I am pretty sure our room was not cleaned between us and the previous customer as there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom. The soaps were is disarray. Just the towels replaced. Then the elevator stopped working, luckily, the door reopened so we could get off… everytime we went in the lobby, the front desk staff was just sitting in the lobby chairs on their phones or talking smack about other employees loudly. Very unprofessional. I would never stay there again and would never reccomend anyone else do so either. The only positive is that the location is great. However, it made me wish I had booked at literally ANY of the numerous other hotel locations nearby. Typically I stay at IHG, but, poor quality.. do better. MUCH better.

We had a good stay overnight with a very nice check in clerk! -even though the hotel had no HOT water! Unfortunately hotels.com was not available for any help in the this. We could have moved to any hotel in the area. There were at least 10. But unfortunately we booked with hotels.com. Next time I will book through my IHG app instead!
