Perfect place.

Perfect place for a one day rest on the trip to Italy. SPA facilities helped recovery after long journey from UK. Tasty continental buffet breakfast - terrace tables recommended - amazing view.

Few improvements needed

Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. Dinner at the restaurant is very good with vegan option (changing every day) Very nice spa facilities (although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer) Big credits to the restaurant team Electrical car charging station in the basement car park. On the minus side: Very limited vegan option at breakfast despite telling manager over and over. The only addition to the buffet was almond milk, which they were very proud about. Shortage of staff at breakfast. Guests have to clean tables themselves if they want to seat outside Cleaning standards in the room are way below what you would expect from a hotel that category (for the second year in a row) Several high chairs for babies at the restaurant but most of them are broken and not safe for children But the biggest minus is the manager who does not seem to understand (and it’s not because of the language barrier because I’m French) nor seem willing to change/do anything to accommodate guests’ requests. All things considered that was still a pleasant stay (thanks to the view from the room and the dinner), but we won’t be back for a third time

Overall the hotel was nice. the food should be much better. I’ve had the worst scrambled eggs and mac&cheese of my life even though these are the easiest dishes. The worst part was about the breakfast inclusion to the room. I have booked two rooms for four people and included the breakfast. Even though I have paid the breakfast for four people beforehand, the hotel asked me to pay for breakfast during check out.

Séjour reposant et Vue exceptionnelle

Le personnel de la réception très gentil et souriant. On vous explique correctement les différents endroit ou ascenseur à utilisé pendant votre séjour. Chambre très lumineuse avec balcon, très propre, accès internet très simple et gratuit, la literie super confortable, bouilloire, machine à café, frigidaire, coffre-fort à disposition. Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Le spa vraiment agréable avec ça piscine. Le personnel pour les soins d'une douceur, aimable et très professionnel. Le restaurant on c'est vraiment régaler pour le petit-déjeuner ou le repas du soir. Les serveurs, serveuses très sympathiques ils sont vraiment attentifs pour que vous soyez satisfait. Séjour été 2024 en famille

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Chambre très propre et très spacieuse. Literie très bien et le canapé lit reste vraiment un couchage d’appoint qui servira pour les jeunes enfants.(matelas très souple) Éviter les chambres en façade du premier bâtiment qui ,malgré la vue magnifique , reste un peu bruyante à cause de la proximité de la route et dans une moindre mesure de l’espace piscine/spa et de la salle de sport qui se trouvent en dessous. Personnel très serviable et attentionné notamment au restaurant. Petit déjeuner bien, buffet tout à fait traditionnel sans rien d’extraordinaire Pour le repas du soir , le menu change tous les soirs mais qualité assez inégale d’un soir à l’autre mais on ne peut pas dire que l’on mange mal. Parking sous l’hotel est payant mais vous pouvez facilement vous garez autour de l’hotel pendant l’été.

Excellent séjour avec quelques bémoles. Pas de serviette au Spa, sol extrêmement glissant (déja relevé il y a 1 an mais pas de changement constaté), sauna et jacuzzi pas assez chaud. Pas d'accueil au Spa pour commander des produits et services... Mais l'ensemble reste très convenable pour le reste
