“This was a perfect place to stay at in downtown Columbus. The rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was family friendly as well. Breakfast was good and all day free coffee. You can walk to everything you need downtown from this location. As everyone has said you do have to pay to park here. “I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself...

“Nothing fancy. Very utilitarian. Because I was traveling solo, I did not mind. If I was with a significant other, I would probably have chosen to pay more to stay somewhere else. The staff was polite. There was adequate parking.”

“Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”
