“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“I stayed here to attend the 2025 ATEEZ In Your Fantasy concert and The Mint House was amazing! The location was great and super accessible. The gated parking lot provided extra security and made me feel safer even though I arrived back from the concert in the later hours of the night. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Would easily recommend and definitely keep on my list of places to stay whenever I visit Nashville again. ”

“Apartment was in an exceptional pristine condition, the layout was spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Recreational pool and lounge area was very clean and well accommodating to any family group. Communication throughout from inception was efficient and prompt. Parking was safe. Location is ideal for nearby restaurants, bar and clubs and grocery. Would definitely recommend here for all above reasons. Look forward to returning here. ”
