“I don’t even know where to start. Driving up the place is smack in the middle of the hood. There are train tracks directly behind and next to the building and yes you can hear trains during the day and night. As soon as I check in and get settled no more than ten mins go by a cleaning lady came in unannounced and surprised us then apologized and left. “In general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“The room was spacious and clean, don't forget to ask for pool towels if they aren't in the room. Close to Broadway and walked most of the time. Attendants were very helpful especially during check in and amenities we needed. Looking forward to visiting again!”
