Also, a central location for a walk to town centre/ lake with lots of good local restaurants to choose from. Lecco is not as over populated with tourists so more enjoyable than Como. After checking out, we visited Varenna before heading back to Milan. Lucia, the host, was kind enough to store our luggage for about 4–5 hours while we were away. We offered to pay for leaving our bags at the property, but Lucia told us there was no extra charge. In short, the host went above and beyond the services typically provided during a stay. Overall, our experience at their bed and breakfast was truly beyond words."
