"We had a really great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent—everything in Mornington was close by, making it easy to get around and visit all the places we wanted. The accommodation was also very clean and comfortable.
When we first arrived, we accidentally went to the wrong place. A man there spoke to us quite rudely and told us we were at the wrong hotel. After finding the correct hotel next door, the lady at reception was incredibly kind and understanding. Since it was raining, she knew it would be difficult for us to wait outside, so she kindly let us check in earlier than the normal check-in time. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and excellent customer service.
Overall, the accommodation was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"
