The room was very clean and comfortable, and very well located in Morro Bay. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodations. My only complaint would be sound. People walking in the upstairs room was pretty loud.

I give this place an overall 4. We stayed for 2 nights. On the first morning I moved the maid service card the outside door knob indicating I needed maid service. We were loading the car and I watched the maid walk over and flip the card around to read "no service needed." So, I walked back over and the flipped it "service needed". Well she never came. They supplied the room with only one nights worth of coffee. All shampoo/conditioner/ body wash dispensers are filled the same exact thing, some kind of orange watery dish soap.

The person on the second floor walked all night and you could hear them. Never slept for 2 days. Never cleaned our room in 2 days.

We stayed here and loved that it was a short walk to the main down town area and only a block up from the Embarcadero. The room was very clean and comfortable. Theres random wear on drawers, in the shower etc but being a beach town, the sort of wear and tear on hotel rooms is normal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time staying here. It’s clean, peaceful and nearby the shops and restaurants we like to visit. Check in was pleasant and quick. We will stay here again. The king suite is worth the extra $. Spacious and most comfortable bed we’ve had.

First time in Morro Bay and we’re already making plans to go back. The hotel is conveniently located to the bay shopping dining. It was a wonderful experience!

Junior suite connected to laundry room. Woke up by dryer at 6am, when told staff they accused me of lying. Won’t stay there again.

The location was amazing and the property was nice other then a broken drawer and mold above the shower and condensation from the ac but it was cute and a good room and great location

I understand this place is an Inn and not a regular hotel, but it was completely over priced for the room and the stay in general. Front desk guy was friendly, but when I asked the cleaning woman for extra toilet paper, she gave me a long, blank stare, and then proceeded to question me on how long I was staying and told me that I shouldn’t flush a lot of toilet paper once. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way because overtime the door expanded from moisture, and on the note of moisture, the bathroom was almost always wet on every surface from not having an extractor or good airflow. The bed was comfortable, but it didn’t have a fitted sheet. They used a flat sheet to cover the mattress. It was nice though to have a fridge and a microwave and pretty much everything was within walking distance of the Inn.

I only checked in to sleep before leaving early the next morning, but it was a good location, and the check-in person was extremely nice and helpful, even though I checked in after 7:30 p.m.

We paid extra for a view of the rock. We were on 2nd floor but if you looked out the bathroom window you had a nice view of the rock.

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE
Warning: This hotel left our door wide open after cleaning the room. Laptops, luggage, jewelry, and car keys were all on the floor by the door. When we approached the desk attendant about it, he said “I’ll make a note about this” and was not apologetic at all. In fact, he made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. On top of this, the pictures are not a true representation of the rooms. This hotel is way overpriced—charging 2-3x more than they should be for such small and outdated rooms. Stay anywhere else!

As explained at the property, the cleaning staff does not leave any guest room doors open unless they are actively cleaning the room. Great location, we could walk easily to restaurants. The room was very clean and modern. My recommendation would be to stay on the top floor. We were on the first floor and someone was stomping around at 3am. The hard floors make it very noisy when people are walking around

Room was much smaller than in pics online, and showed various signs of wear & tear, but pleasant enough for overnight lodging. I might stay here again except for the bed -- the mattress was terrible, too-soft and sunken, a real backache-maker!
