โAlways nice staff, didnโt like that the first time I stayed I wasnโt charged for parking and the second time I stayed they charged me 12$ a night. โ
โI had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norfolk Airport. The location was super convenient โ close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful nightโs sleep.
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the essentials I needed. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and great water pressure in the shower....

โ I wish I got the name of the lady working the front desk at check in because she was wonderful. Check in was quick and easy and our room was great and right by the pool with easy access to the lobby as well. Breakfast was hot and delicious. There were a lot of people and only 1 waffle iron so be aware if you want waffles. We would definitely stay again!โ
