"I was attending a wedding in Montreal and the wedding was starting at 15:00 at the same time the checking time. Requested to be accomodated to be able to check in at 14:00 and I was charged $30. Not very friendly if you ask me. It was the first time staying at a Hilton hotel and may be the last. I had almost already paid $300 for the night. I was expecting no extra fee."

"My bathtub didn’t have a plug, after a long drive/bath i just wanted to have a bubble bath and couldn’t. went to front desk very kind guy working but wasn’t able to support. Restaurant had a horrible waitress!!! Rude and slow! Also wearing joggers???? Rude to our children all ordering meals, yes they had questions but girl you work in customer service!!! Our food literally looked microwaved. When asked why they weren’t even given water she complained about all the tables. There were three lol. Asked for oil for a pizza didn’t remember until pizza was half eaten. I ordered pasta first before the rest of my table had even arrived and I was served last. When we tried to link what parent had what kid she looked or rated and confused. Did I mention she also took the drinks menu away before any adult could order…lol. Would never ever ever recommend to anyone to eat there!!!! The whole experience was a joke. McDonald’s would have been better and for half the price!"
