I had a great stay overall and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a studio to a one-bedroom unit. The apartment was huge and had everything I could have asked for, including a full kitchen with cutlery, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, living room, and dining area. They also provided laundry pods, which was a nice touch. The building itself felt very secure, with multiple access codes required to enter. I also really appreciated that the unit had several windows, which made the space feel bright and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything else about the apartment was excellent. The one area that I think needs more attention is housekeeping. While the apartment looked clean at first glance, there were several details that suggested the cleaning could have been more thorough. I found hair on the carpet and sofa, hair in the bed and on the pillows, and some stains on the bedding. Some of the spoons were not properly clean, and the basket that was supposed to contain candies was full of empty wrappers, which made it seem like it had been overlooked during cleaning. These are relatively small things, but they make a big difference in how clean and comfortable a room feels, especially when you are staying in a place of this standard. I would definitely recommend paying more attention to housekeeping and having staff do a more detailed inspection between guests.
