“It was in a good location for my stay in Wells.”

“Worked out great to stay here! The staff were welcoming, the breakfast was very good with multiple choices of things to eat and the room was comfortable. We appreciated the full length mirror in the room along with other mirrors so everyone could get ready for the day easily. The location was perfect to have easy access to all the surrounding areas and places to eat nearby.”

“Very nice accommodations and great hot breakfast. Housekeeping in breakfast clean up was a bit rude when it was time for her to clean. We had a table by ourselves playing cards and she said we had to move so she could mop but then she just drug the mop over the floor and didn’t even mop where we were. Overall very nice stay”

“The place was all decked out inside and outside for Halloween.”

“Beautiful serene property with gazebo. Location great! Breakfast good. Room clean and comfortable. #5 was a little warm. Might need to use air or open windows. Other than that it was great!”

“Maybe it's only me, but before our trip, under amenities I couldn't find anything listing TV, fridge, or microwave, so I assumed they weren't equipped with those 3 things. Had we known or called we would have planned differently. Other than that we give it a 5+.”

“Was very quiet.”

“The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Love the view from our room looking in the ocean”

“Nice place. Room had been refurbished with a divider between the beds and a nice kitchenette. Most importantly, there were NO chemical odors in the room or hallways.”

“Neat, clean, and attractive.”

“Convenient location off the highway. Property appeared to be newly renovated; the bed was comfortable and clean. Room 116 was noisy; carpet on the floor in the room and in the halls would really help absorb the noise.”

“Every thing was great”

“The location of the property is awesome with a great view. There weren’t any food choices nearby or coffee shops open at the time. The air condition was full of mold so we didn’t use it. The coffee machine was broken when we checked in but they quickly brought us a new one which was never used! That was the best part and the view.”

“Good location, easy check in and out. Buffet breakfast was very good. Woman working the buffet was great, very helpful and pleasant.”
