“My favorite place I stayed for my entire trip around Maine. I didn't want to leave. My bedroom was fantastic and had a wonderful porch with a table and chairs I could sit out on in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime. The backyard was beautiful! My bed was very comfy as well. Shower pressure was fantastic! It was in a great location and I pretty much could walk to everything. I will be staying here again as soon as I am back in Maine.”

“LOVED this place. Great location, easy walk to everywhere. Staff was so friendly and the pool, yard, grills, player, hot tub, games were great. Very nice coffee/tea service each morning. Room was large, spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this lovely place.”

“We’ve stayed at the Grand numerous times. The staff is very helpful and we have always found the rooms to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to the village, Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Our only nitpick is the tv channels are quite limited.”

“Gorges Grant was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great bathtub and shower. Bedding and linens were exceptional. It was a pleasure to stay there and the breakfast at the restaurant was good also and convenient.”

“Great location - wonderful stay”

“Cute property right by the footpath to the beach, so you’re not far from anything. Easy walk to the main beach, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and all the restaurants and shopping. Our room had a queen and a twin bed and kitchen area and was in the main house area but there are other buildings as well. Assigned parking spot. Very nice continental breakfast and you have ocean views while you eat. Slightly more moderately priced than a few of the larger resorts a little further down. I’ve stayed...

“We love the Mariner! This was our second stay and we plan on coming back. It’s simple but clean and effective. They execute service well, keep it clean and have plenty of room while offering the basics. Coffee in the hot tub for breakfast is a must do!”

“The good: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. Location was great. Just a few minute walk to the main part of town and the waterfront. The not so good: the room and property needed just a bit of TLC and that would have made a difference. The hot tub was not working for the adults only portion of the property.”

“Place is very nice and close to everything. Room was clean but did find ants in room but only three and I was checking out the next day so told the person Tiffinay at front deck about it and she said she would tell maintenance. She was wonderful and let me stay another 1:2 hour so that I could go to breakfast. Would stay again .”

“There was nothing g special about this facility. The heat was on high could not adjust. The bathroom door was a mess along with the rest of the property. Do nitrecommend”
