마운트줄리엣의 휴가용 주택 임대

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“The front desk staff was lovely, and we were able to check in a little early. The location is ideal for exploring Broadway or heading to a game at the stadium. Would definitely book here again for future trips!”

“Location and size was great. Also had a fantastic patio and deck. There are a few things to note. Make sure to read about parking ahead of arrival. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the iron did not work properly. There was a weird smell when we walked in as well.”

“This is my new fav hotel in nashville. The rooms are spacious and you are in a great walkable area. If you're into health the amenities are great too. I wish the parking was free but such is life.”

“Parking was a little sparse but the location and cleanliness was excellent.”

“This was a last minute booking and we loved it. It was close enough to downtown and yet far enough from noise and traffic. Loved having a kitchen and the cozy vibe of the place. We will definitely stay there again and we visit Nashville.”

“Great communication great location perfect property”

“Overall, the experience was positive. Close to downtown and other businesses I wanted to attend. Slight hiccup in regard to entry code but that was quickly resolved. The representative who I communicated with (Belle) both by phone and text was great! On-site parking without charge was an excellent benefit.”

“Self check in is very simple, there are about 7 lockers available for luggage storage before check-in if needed (they are on a first come basis) our room was exactly what we needed, very cozy and clean! The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told...

“The first picture displayed on Expedia of this "Penthouse" location is what a penthouse looks like, but the picture was just of a common area. The actual unit looks nothing like it. Check in requires downloading an app and figuring it out, not the easiest process. I can deal with tech and apps, but this one was not easy to deal with. The main screen showed four entries, but you had to go to a secondary page to find the elevators and doors. The code they gave for the actual unit worked...

“I didn’t really like the key fob thing we only had one so we had to leave with our guest and come back up it would’ve been better if there was a better key system for the elevator I will see the lady her name was Anna who worked the desk for the apartment complex was absolutely amazing nice and friendly she was very informative and let us stay there for a little bit before we could get in we didn’t realize that it was an apartment complex when renting it we thought it was more of a hotel style...

“Best place ever”
