only issue was lack of bathroom amenities and messed up AC; there was only one roll of tissue, and the sink was acting weird. Kitchenette was great though as well as amazing storage space! They also had an elevator which was convenient when caring lots of stuff or if you're walking-disabled. Would definitely book with them again!

I loved it had ovens an big refrigerators an it looked like a studio apt but my room matteress was soiled an my sheet when I first checked in my kitchen light won’t go off. Other than that the room was nice the staff was all nice except one lady who was rude when I asked why I was getting charged another deposit when I paid to stay for 11 days an I only needed one more day she wanted me to do a whole new deposit for one day an was rude til I kept calmly asking for her to work with me

It was an easy process, but the room smelled musty and like cigarette even though I chose a non smoke room. The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition as the sink faucet seemed to be out of place and toilet was dirty upon my arrival. It was just a convenient location for an event I was attending nearby, but I will not be be returning to this site.

Still waiting on my deposit to be returned to me. Never had to return dirty towels to get clean ones at any hotel before and think there may of been a couple of dealers doing something shady judging by the way cars showed up then were gone within 10 minutes

Smell of cigarettes was heavy in the room. Room was nott cleaned, floor was not mopped, I could see muddy shoes track on the floor. Cigarettes burn marks on the bed sheets. I did not bother staying longer than 5mins

I liked the customer service that was given. I didn't like how the central air and heating unit was not fully functional (only AC was coming out; making the room chilly).

Roaches,& trash left everywhere in the property.
There needs to be more trash cans on the hallways of each floor. Trash was everywhere. There should be more trash containers in each floor hallways. There was trash left on every floor in every hallway. Which is the reason for having roaches in rooms. Your hotel should install cameras so you can see whos leaving trash everywhere charge a trash fee on there room

While the property was okay (a bit run down and not upgraded at all), the bedding needs to be replenished, especially the mattress pad (visibly stained in several places).

Disgusting and unsafe. Dead roaches in shower and refrigerator. Stove was nasty and only one burner worked. Hair in shower and sink when I asked to have it cleaned I was told they were busy but would come in morning which did not happen. People are there with huge dogs. A lot of homeless people some had 7 people on one room living next to me. I checked out after one night I didn’t feel safe. Front desk said they don’t give refunds for that reason so I was still charged for all 4 days.

Bugs found running around in bathroom in the morning. They ran when the lights came on. I was grossed out by how dirty the room was and it was hard to get in the door and all so I changed rooms. The desk person was nice. And moved me to a clean room. Unfortunately the heater didn’t work and it was cold in the room. It could’ve been fixed but maintenance didn’t even try. I got a refund for the rest of my stay and left. They decided to keep my deposit because I got a refund. That’s shady and corrupt. Will never stay here again.
