“Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder.”

“Our introduction was terrible, apparently Expedia had not put the reservation thru to the hotel. So ...even though I had proof of the confirmation on my phone they took about a 1/2 hour of our standing around to find some IT guy to straighten it all out and get us to our room. To be fair, on first glance the hotel is stunning. But the noise level at the mammoth bar i the lobby is annoying. “The layout was very comfortable for a multi-day stay. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Appreciated the pool, gym and plenty of bottled water at the front desk.”

“Just seemed like the senior management made a decision to understaff the property this weekend. Elevator was down a full day but repaired in time for our departure. Parking is really expensive so just factor that into your decision. Maid service came at 9am and we asked her to return in an hour but they never came until we came in from a full day away so had to wait for late maid service and towels etc.”

For my birthday, she made me a latte and placed a birthday candle in a muffin. Very sweet and much appreciated when far from home. We stayed here in July, now in October and will be back soon.
