Caesars Palace
8/10 Good
"Overall our experience was a fairly positive one. The room and property were both clean and well maintained. The staff was polite enough and we even got an upgrade because we had to wait a bit longer than usual for our room to be ready. The biggest complaint I have is the fact that you literally could not even move anything out of the fridge or off the mini bar without being charged for the item and a $19.99 "restocking" fee. Both the mini bar and fridge have weight sensors in them to track what is removed. I would have at least liked to be able to put leftovers of dinner or bottles of water in the fridge. It made us afraid to use something as simple as the soap in the bathroom or the shampoo in the shower for fear of being charged for it. We ended up having to use the ice bucket to keep bottles of water cool overnight which wasn't ideal. In the end though, I would stay here again because the pros of the property outweigh the cons."
