"The perfect Ryokan experience that we were looking for. Nice tatami family room, small bathing area and extremely elaborate multi-course dinner. Breakfast was interesting, as well. We were a family of four and there were two extra mattresses in the cupboard which we were able to put under two of the futons for extra comfort. Great location in a very touristy part of town."

Appreciated having new PJs every day and free mineral water. Would be nice if the water was placed in the fridge. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap all had a very nice calming scent. No soap in the separate toilet which was odd. No on-site laundry available."
