โ1. Very kind staffs
The staffs are very kind. Informed me everything for sight seeing, call song-thaw or taxi. Took me to the local market.
I checked in very late because of flight delay, but the check-in procedure was very smooth. And i asked pick-up service, they sent me decent and reliable driver. He was also very kind. All the staffs smiled all the time.
And they took me to the song-thaw driver so that i could reach to the greenbus station for next destination.
2. Clear and comfortable...
โBaanpong was a boutique lodge with 8 guest rooms. The staff was all the time responsive. The place was home-like with cozy atmosphere. The poolside library was fantastic. Hiking/bike riding around the lake was very refreshing. Though it is rather deep into countryside, transportation was easily accessible by lodge owned car with driver, free or with affordable rate. I would like to stay there again, with more preparation. โ
โOne of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. โ

โThe property and the room were beautiful and rejuvenating. We were disappointed the restaurant closed before the time posted and we could not rent bicycles as we were led to believe. It was very quiet; you may feel a bit isolated if you donโt have your own vehicle.โ

A wonderful stay at a great priceโ
โThe address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...
