"I want to start by saying the staff here were wonderful—incredibly friendly, helpful, and they didn’t hesitate or question us at all when we asked to change rooms. However, the property itself was honestly really gross. When we walked into our first room, the beds looked like they had been laid on and never cleaned. The thermostat heat was set to 72°F, but the air felt incredibly hot and sticky. Even after moving rooms, the cleanliness didn't improve much; the couch was gross and the chairs were covered in unknown substances. The team working here deserves five stars for their customer service, but management seriously needs to address the housekeeping and maintenance issues."

"The staff was amazing and made my stay way better than expected. The attached restaurant and bar served cold beer and a superb cheesesteak, perfect after a long motorcycle ride. Room was clean, shower was hot, everything worked as expected. If you can get a room on the back, the view is worth more than the price."

"My room was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and inviting. The only thing I'd like addressed is the laundry area for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and the coin-op laundry has always been out of order. I normally stay for 4-5 days, and it would be very helpful to use the coin-up before my last night. Outside of that matter, the staff has always been pleasant, and the hotel has always been well kept. I give it 5 stars and will return next May!"
