“Not water front hotel. Annex one is remoteded from the main Hotel. No elevator to the third floor. No reception desk. Hard to check in. Almost one hour taken to check in and to find a place to park a car. No information given about where to park even if being asked..”

“Very quaint and historic property in the heart of Monnickedam. The room was lovely. Old world with modern fixtures. Just FYI, no elevator so request ground floor if you need to. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Short walk to the bus that can take you to Volendam or Amsterdam within 20 minutes”

“Ideal for a visit to the area, lovely location and staff. No restaurant in the evening but they have frozen meals you can buy - unfortunately they don't advertise this on their website and info so we had no idea it was an option on our late arrival which would have been really useful to know and avoided some stress around finding food.”
