The hotel staff have been really amazing especially the reception staff who helped us when we had questions about Antayla. A special thanks for two occasion; when I requested some fried omelette for my mum during breakfast and they made it for her, and when I asked where I can buy some bubble wrap as I bought some jars of honey and food items in Antayla that I wanted to bring home, they gave me bubble wrap and were really helpful!"

"I had a phenomenal time at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Aylin and Fatma from Guest Relations were amazing and made everything feel easy and personal. Ahmet at the bar was great, and the Filipino ladies in the restaurant were the highlight of every meal, smiling all day long and genuinely spreading happiness. Great food, a really enjoyable stay, lucky with beautiful weather, and the cutest cats around for extra cuddles. Would happily come back."
