"BEDBUGS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were supposed to stay longer, but checked out early after just one night because we woke up COVERED in bedbug bites. It was obvious something was seriously wrong with the room, and no guest should ever have to deal with that. Not to mention the black mold in the bathroom AND they REUSE toilet paper and shampoo bottles from previous guests. What’s even more concerning is how poorly the situation was handled by staff. There was no urgency, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. When we asked for a refund since we were checking out early, THEY REFUSED. A hotel charging guests to stay in unsanitary conditions and then refusing to take accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here."

"The location was very central, with lots of shops and some tourist attractions within. We had a rented car for which we had to pay 200TL for parking at the parking lot right next to the hotel. We only stayed for one night so can't really say much about the facilities but the free breakfast was nice enough and the staff was helpful and responsive to inquiries before our stay. Overall, it was a good experience."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Staff are only 2 perssons who are everything receptionists, managers and may be owners. They does know any english word. They hardly understand me after translating every thing I want into Turkish by a telephone. The room I stayed in was very narrow not as described by expedia. The staff were very tough with me and refused replacing it. "
