โAn old an hool elegant hotel with excellent friendly and competent staff who make it special staying there. The style of the hotel is sadly sometimes not matched by the elegance of the guests who should try to at least dress appropriately when drinking in the lovely terrrace bar. Comfortable well equipped rooms with excellent room service and scrupulously clean โ
โThe hotel was beautiful. They had staff that were eager to help with anything that came up. We were greeted every time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was a junior suite and lovely. โ
โLovely, small hotel in old town. Nothing fancy, yet very clean and functional. Close to everything: lake, restaurants, train station, shops, market. Helpful, Friendly staff. Can be a bit loud in that part of town during the day and evening. Did not bother me but in case thatโs important to you. Wifi was so-so. โ
โAmazing location and beautiful views. Super close to lakewalk trails and great atmosphere. I love that there is a restaurant on the ground floor and the room had an awesome theme of Switzerland farmlands that was comfortable and clean. Customer Service was outstanding and everyone was beyond helpful and nice.โ
โWOW!! Stunning views, first class staff, gorgeous old-world luxury with all the modern convenience. Food was exceptional! This place is truly in another league, very special. We will remember our stay as the highlight of our trip.โ
