The staff was really good, it felt like coming home to grandma’s house, as it is true to its name: Grandma’s house, where you are treated with kindness and love. The place has a family feeling. You can see the photos of the family in the main reception area. Maria and Javiera greeted us with warmth and explained the history of the house.

There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room, which is understandable as the hallways doors to the outside are alway open for fresh air. After our first night, we kept the air conditioning at the desired temperature when we left for the day - instead of turning it up a few degrees. This helped reduce the mosquitoes upon our return.
