"Location was perfect - very central so easy to walk to anywhere in town (which is small). Nice rooms - not huge, but adequate. Service and breakfast were excellent and (given plenty of advanced notice) they catered well to some restrictive dietary limitations, so make sure to let them know of any allergies or intolerances when you book, and maybe send a reminder a month or so before your arrival. Front desk service and cleaning staff were all really helpful. "

"This hotel offers a great location with beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. The staff and owner are extremely helpful, assisting with booking tours and shows, which makes planning effortless. Restaurants, shops, and the tourist office are all within walking distance—especially convenient since taxis or Uber don’t seem to be available. A nice bonus is the complimentary airport transfer both ways. Breakfast is provided by the restaurant next door; it’s a set menu rather than à la carte, but still convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"An amazing peaceful and quiet OASIS surrounded by tropical flowers, views of the sunset and stars from the room! An easy walk to town. I want to come back and stay for a month! Jerome and Fidji were the most gracious of hosts, greeting us at the airport with beautiful lei! They assisted us with everything and offered to help arrange tours. By far the BEST place to stay in Hanga Roa!!"

"The room was clean and centrally located. Central location made for some evening noise but …. Close to restaurants and the main shopping street made up for that! Close to the ocean, am watching surfers and sea turtles as I type. Pick up and delivery from/to the airport was fabulous so I didn’t have to rent a vehicle. "

"Room is nice, feels like staying at an Airbnb or Bed and Breakfast. Theres a communal kitchen with basic supplies, fridge, microwave and toaster oven. The breakfast that is included is at a little restaurant nearby. Staff is friendly and checks in every day via WhatsApp to see if theres anything needed. They arent always on site. The post office was closed while I was there and I had asked if they could mail a few postcards for me, I provided them with money for the stamps. I am not sure if they sent them, I am still waiting for the postcards and they did not respond to my whatsapp message after I left. "
