"We truly enjoyed our stay at Ola Boutique Hotel! From check-in to check-out, our experience was truly lovely. The “wonderful 9.0” rating on Expedia was truly for a reason and I’m glad I went off of the overall ratings when booking our 6 night stay. We were on our honeymoon and they were nice enough to give us a complimentary bottle of good wine. I highly recommend booking the suite if it’s for 2-6 ppl. The room was very spacious and the AC was too good haha. For our first room there were a couple of issues we had to address, but Francisco quickly resolved our problem by switching us to an even better room! We couldn’t have been more happier with the customer service and friendliness of ALL of the staff. A very special shout out to Francisco and Elliot! Thank you for everything and keep up your hard and dedicated work! When we return to PR we definitely will be back to pay a visit if we can. To all of the bad reviews mentioned, I’m truly sorry your experience was not to your standards or satisfaction, but I truly believe that you can not beat the prices for a more than decent stay at Ola Boutique Hotel. There are restaurants, stores and the beach nearby and were walking distance which was also great. Just some suggestions: adding built in shower curtains/a shower door or some kind of ledge for the showers, a dehumidifier for every room as needed and keeping breakfast supplies fully stocked daily."

"The room was basically like a hostel. No soap only shampoo and conditioner and two towels. There is no one on site and although I did finally get someone on the phone to provide check in info it was still not easy to get help if there were issues. Cleanliness was not great. Be aware that while the listing states off street parking there is no lot and you DO need to park on the street - but at least it is free. Get there early if you want a spot though. If I had to go back I would pay the extra money to stay in a hotel with staff on site. While it worked for the two days we were there, I would not recommend unless you are ok with something very basic."

"Apparently there’s a power issue in the second and third floor, which is where we stayed and no one told us anything about it. We lost power multiple times in our floor and no one came to say anything or no attempt to reach out to us was made. By the time we left we couldn’t speak to a manager cuz no one was available."
