"Wonderful family-run hotel in Tremezzina. It is a beautiful property with good sized clean rooms, a nice pool and a view that cannot be beat. The included breakfast is very good, as is the evening dinner service they offer. But waht really makes it a great place is the family that runs the hotel."

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "
"Giuseppe and his little bed and breakfast was a breath of fresh air! I recommend staying in a little town near the “main 3” Lake Como cities. Lierna was a perfect place to stay. This little B&B is convenient to the train station and water walkway. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the company and recommendations. "

"One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action"
"The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious.
Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. Warning - there aren’t taxis or Ubers in Bellagio. There are only private car transfers that need to be pre-arranged. Most don’t want to deal with such a short transport.
If you have mobility issues or are getting on in years, I would not recommend this location. It would be better to stay closer to the ferry dock where the terrain is flatter."
