When I realized the error, we were out kayaking and dealing with waterlogged gear. ​Despite the hotel being fully booked, Jennifer at the front desk handled my panic with incredible empathy and efficiency. She coordinated with Harbour House to rush-clean a room. Furthermore, the team went out of their way to help dry our wet belongings.
