Excellent staff, a location that can't be beat, and an underground parking lot! No more having to "surf" around town for a place to park, and no more having to feed an annoying e-meter when you eventually find one! This is the best hotel I've stayed at in NOTL in 40+ years of annual visits! Everything is an easy walk from their Queen Street location (between Starbucks and Valu-Mart).

We were upgraded to a suite, which was quite large and beautiful. The bar staff were especially nice and gave us local recommendations around town. The location was perfect. Parking was easy. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

Beautiful hotel in amazing location. Room was spacious and beautiful. Loved that they had bikes for guests. Fantastic restaurant attached to the hotel. Beautiful hotel grounds. The spa needs improvements. Not as clean as expected. One of the massage therapists was awful unfortunately

Beautiful hotel. AC was broke in our room but the staff was prepared with a portable AC unit and provided a free breakfast and shuttle service. Spa was amazing, highly recommend.

This NOTL hotel was amazing! I had a room in a separate building from the hotel and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. I felt like a princess. I have stayed in about 20 different properties while attending the Shaw Festival, and this is now my favorite! An excellent bar, restaurant, and spa as well as courteous and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for its location on the main drag and easy walking distance to everything.

What a wonderful place. I have been going to NOTL for over 40yrs and stayed in many places. 124 is amazing and will say now, it will be my go to every time now. Spacious, great Zen garden, parking underground, great food, rooms are amazing and feels like your own home. Staff was super friendly and even managed to get us a room as we extended out stay we liked the place so much. Spa on location is amazing as well. Shuttle service is a great added feature.

Excellent location in the heart of old town. We could walk to restaurants, shops and theatre. It’s a very charming town and the flowers everywhere were outstanding! The hotel is new, modern and bright. The gardens , reflecting pools and fountains at the rear of the property were beautiful and peaceful. We loved our stay!

Absolutely amazing location with the hotel being right at the beginning of the strip for Niagara on the lake. The staff is so helpful and attentive during check in. There is a slight walk to the actual rooms with respect to check in, but this was a nice change/pacing from the norm. Key grab is the Budapest bakery shop that is right by the Starbucks. Lively in the morning with a lot of foot traffic. It is a day time atmosphere as Restaurant/venues start to close earlier in the evening. Churchill lounge was a cool spot with good wine and live music. Don’t hesitate with the que for Q124!

This is a gorgeous property! It is so conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond! Marni, the front office manager was so welcoming, professional! So much so that we are coming back next year! Also thank you to Cyndy for making sure we made it to our winery tours by picking us up! The food in NOTL for dinner was also outstanding!!!
