“Wonderful staff and manager Hector. They were always friendly and ready to help in whatever way we needed. The only suggestion for the resort would be to increase the pathway lighting. At night , it is is really hard to see the way back to the cabins.”

They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread. “Hotel is very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly. They kindly stored our luggage prior to our trip to Matchu Picchu and that was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Breakfast was good. As a minor suggestion, it would add a great value if hot water kettle and tea options could be provided in the room or in a common location as we noted in other hotels we stayed during our trip. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. Payment was in soles & not USD as advertised on Expedia which caused confusion & I had to pay more than advertised on Expedia. The staff were lovely & helpful & it was the most comfortable bed I had slept in for months. Great view from my room of the mountains & Inka site & great breakfast too. Would recommend though some things need changing on Expedia website.”

Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience.
