We were travelling around Norfolk n wanted an hotel as a mid travel stop off. We couldnโt have found a better place. So much so we booked for our return trip.
The hotel and the team from , reception to housekeeping to restaurant team were perfect. Nothing was too much trouble.
I want specifically mention from the housekeeping team - Diana, Samintha and Hermique.

โWe had the most amazing weekend ! Room was very clean and comfortable - great facilities and very convenient for the wedding we were attending at kelham hall. So glad we chose this option to stay at ! Thank you James for a wonderful nights sleep after a very long day ! Great pub next door too !! โ
โA lovely country pub. The landlady was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The food was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. Even freshly brewed coffee which you do not get in hotels. We were pleasantly surprised.โ
โExcellent short, one night stop here, arrived about 1800, check in was smooth and quick, staff helpful and friendly, only a short walk to the room. The room was massive clean and the bed very comfortable. It was Sunday night and there was a painter in the corridor decorating, but quiet and no bother. Room had all the expected; toiletries, towels, Wi-Fi, large tv and even a trouser press.
We were up and out at 0600 the next morning to race in a local triathlon at Belvoir Castle, night porter...
โthis hotel is a little surprise. Doesnโt look much from the outside and not helped by being next to a disused building.
However, once you enter it is a very different experience. The hotel is lovely, well maintained and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.
We had a family room which was very good, though could do with some better quality bed linen. However, it wasnโt bad at all and we had a pleasant nights sleep.
