“The rooms were very clean and the hotel has a number of conveniently located sitting/gathering areas that are great for times when we were waiting for someone or for our entire group to gather without feeling crowded or like we were in the middle of the lobby. The staff was super helpful and friendly, too. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.”

“We had been at a concert at Red Rocks and when we got back to the hotel, there was no hot water at all in the bathroom. We told the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. There was no apology or anything.”

“The place was very difficult to find. The elevator was not working, there was not breakfast, the floor I was on was extremely noisy even after the front desk lady asked them to stop the noise. The noise never stopped. I could not sleep due to the noises from upstairs and the rooms next to mine. On another note the staff was very professional and helpful. “Great location near Red Rocks. Room was clean. I did not have contact with any live person during the entire 4 night stay. The lodge had a terrible sewer smell at various times throughout the day. I called and left a message. Someone called me back and said they would check in with the owners, but I never received a call from anyone about the issue.”
