"The place was very run-down and extremely noisy. A couple was having a heated argument that could be heard from down the hall, but no one intervened to address the noise. Kids ran up and down the halls all night. breakfast was so crowded and miserable. "

"The customer service was great, room was very clean, breakfast buffet was good, the hotel was beautiful. The ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS there was no microwave in the room. You will have to bring your food to the lobby to warm it up. Which was such an inconvenience!!!"

"The place is beautiful we didn’t have time to use all their amenities. Our room had a smell not very pleasant but it had everything on it even washer and dryer and they provide you with detergent. The only thing we didn’t like is that our door seem that is was going to open when the other people on the room next door will open theirs"

"Our stay at the villas was wonderful. My grandkids loved the fact that the pool was right out the back door. We came back to the villa to take breaks in our days at Disney World. The two bedroom was perfect for us. Very clean and very spacious . It allowed my 2 year old grandson the room he needed for his cars . Great place to stay. So many amenities to consider. "
