"The room and size were excellent. However, the greatest downside is the staff's dishonesty. We asked the front desk of they could help arrange a luggage transportation service to send to another hotel in Tokyo. They informed us that they will attempt to do so but the other hotel might reject our luggage. They called the front desk of our next accomodation in Tokyo and then apologized saying that the hotel in Tokyo could not take our luggage after giving them a call.
