โI canโt speak highly enough for this hotel and itโs staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find...

โHermosa estadia en Equs. Todos fueron muy amables, llegamos muy tarde para el checkin por demoras en nuestro vuelo y desde la posada estuvieron muy atentos y disponibles para recibirnos a la hora que sea. El lugar es hermoso, el desayuno y atencion personalizada fue lo mejor de nuestra estadia. El desayuno super casero, rico y completo y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones para conocer Bariloche. Muy recomendable!!โ

El inconveniente es que no hay una tienda cerca, no cambian dolares y detalles como que no sirviรณ el control remoto y no habรญa otro de repuesto, pero esas cosas pasan desapercibidas con el trato del personal, nos dieron la habitaciรณn antes y eso se agradece ya que venรญamos muy cansados del vuelo y nos consiguieron un par de medias lunas en el desayuno aunque ya no habรญa, esas cosas hacen que nuestra estancia...

โBeautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say.
The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage....
