The room itself is very nice with pretty much every single one of them having a balcony, as well as working air-conditioning, and very nice showers (robes included!)"

"The resort itself was stunning. Beautiful pools, a variety of restaurants to choose from or order food and drinks by the pool. You can do as much or as little as you want. Activities galore for families, kids and people travelling without kids. Tour desk was especially helpful and we booked a jet boat day trip, Malamala Beach Club day trip offering snorkelling or just lazing by the beach or your private pool area. A sunset cruise, jet skiing and a massage and facials at the in-house spa. Get in early to book your activities so you can space them out. Food was great, include the breakfast buffet in your package and you won’t be disappointed. We tended to just eat breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended!!"

"Customer Service and porters need to have some courtesy... My experience..firstly at the restaurant we waited about 45mns to 1hr for the lunch to come thru... 2ndly..my checkout....I was told to wait at the foyer for my luggage...receptionist forgot to tell the porter until approached her again after 25-30mns... I had to return a rental car before I board my flight.... There are still areas need to be strengthened otherwise I'm ok.... As I'm a regular visitor back to Fiji...and Gateway is very convenient...in and out.. Thanks"

The family and staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. I loved the convenience of their airport pickup and shuttle service, as well as the daily afternoon tea at 3:00 PM. If you are looking for adventure, definitely ask about their guest tours. They organized an active trek for me where Freddie handled the driving and Jerome guided me all the way to the peak of Mount Batilamu—an unforgettable experience. They offer clean, comfortable accommodations to fit any budget, ranging from shared spaces to private rooms. It is also perfectly situated within walking distance of a tourist-friendly grocery market, restaurants, and primary tour hubs. Highly recommended for an authentic Fijian experience!"
