I was contacted after I made the booking to explain that there had been an overbooking and I was offered to stay at the family’s other homestead just down the road. “I had a great stay. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop infinity pool was perfect, and was a bonus to have all to myself, great view of the mountains and some rice fields blowing in the wind. My room also had a great view of the mountains, large windows even in the bathroom. Great location just outside of town (5 minute grab ride to town) yet very close to some attractions, was a very nice break from the chaos. Wish I stayed longer, but i just used it as a stop...

“This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day.
