"The first room we booked smelled like sewage, but credit to the front desk for giving us a replacement right away without any trouble. However the replacement room had oddities such as a hard photo album of a previous guest under the bedsheets, which makes you wonder the last time the room had been cleaned. Came away from that room with small bites/rashes on my skin and legs. Which, to be fair, my fiancé did not catch (she slept in a different bed). Overall the service was good but the hotel room was not a good experience. Hope this helps improve conditions."

"Pros: great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Cash laundry facilities available. Cons: very limited breakfast that seemingly does not cater for dietary requirements and does not change. Poor room service options, Chinese only. Small room. Air conditioner struggles to keep room cool. Can be noisy. Unlikely I will stay here again."

"The room was clean, staffs were so nice, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Really enjoyed the stay. Very close from Guro digital station(line2) -5mins on foot. Airport limousine bus was also very nearby 2-3mins walking distance. Highly recommend Shilla stay!!!"
