"Amazing views from amazing property. However, wasn't a big fan of their breakfast buffet (I thought they would have a bigger selection). Orders from the menu was alright, could've been better. I got the deep tissue massage and it was really good. They didn't have any relaxing music like the spa/massage places in NYC so I played some from my phone (they're having construction on the site, so the noise was a bit bothersome)."

"While there are a few areas of the room that could be improved, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the hotel team. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"This is the most wonderful country hotel, perfectly situated with so many amazing amenities. I swam in the heated pool in the middle of winter. I didn't have a bathing costume but could buy one at a very low price. Sham our walking guide was fantastic. All the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. The hotel somehow discovered it was my birthday and made birthday cake for me, and all came to sing happy birthday. That was so touching, unexpected and wonderful - thank you! My room was absolutely beautiful. I hope to return one day soon."
