Great staff. Room ok, clean, coffee maker (I had to ask fof it), safe box, bathroom ok (half shower door European style, overwheight people may not make it throuh the opening), AC, TV, wifi all working fine. Excellent location. If you take the LIRR to/from JFK at Grand Central , there's an elevator on 48th St between Madison and Park to take you straight to LIRR Madison Concourse. Waliking time from hotel about 15 minutes.I left hotel at 6:00 am and I was in the AirTrain station st Jamaica at 7:50 for a 5 $ cost.
