โThe property was superb. The building manager, Audrey, was wonderful! The room was quite comfortable and very charming with amenities like a microwave oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. The shower was exquisite! The king-size bed was relaxing.
For the height of the tourist season, the facility was QUIET. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, but did see other guests coming and going.
Very walkable to town center and the ferry dock; yes, about 10 minutes.

โGreat stay. Easy check in check out. Nice breakfast . The building is old so the floor was irregular . Be steady on your feet
Easy walk to the ferry terminal. Will stay again. โ
โLocated in the heart of town and short walk to both ferry locations. Welcoming and helpful desk crew, smaller but very comfortable and well appointed rooms, complimentary nespresso coffee and lively evening bar. (We didnโt eat in the restaurant)โ
โWe loved the old world feel, original art, comfort of the bed and amount of space in our suite. The innkeepers were kind, helpful and generous. The location is perfect. โ
โAbsolutely wonderful here at the Jared Coffin House! Such a gracious and warm staff! So sensitive to detail and considerate, they make you feel so welcome from the onset. We love the roomsโthe lobby and sitting rooms. Just perfect. โ
โGreat hotel and great location. Continental breakfast is included. For most rooms the bathroom is not in the room, but it is a private bathroom. โ
โThe Blue Iris is in an ideal location in Nantucket: easy walking distance to everything downtown but on a quiet side for rest and relaxation. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. They even loan out beach towels and beach chairs - a big plus if you fly to the island!โ
โThe inn was beautiful, clean, & well kept. Breakfast included freshly baked pastries that were amazing with delicious coffee. Snacks & beverages were available 24/7. Staff was attentive when needed. Location was great, easy 2-3 minute walk into town. Highly recommend. โ
