"Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff, accommodations, and overall service exceeded my expectations.
The only concern I encountered involved the valet parking attendants. I overheard comments indicating that they should prioritize parking vehicles for restaurant patrons rather than hotel guests because hotel guests "don't tip." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, as all guests should receive the same level of service and courtesy regardless of where they are visiting within the property.
