When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. "Service was quite meh - reception staff was not helpful when asking for more info, seemed distant and cold. Worse was the over-crowded executive lounge - crazy long wait of at least 30 min so we gave up on our free welcome champagne. There was no offer to send to our room despite the wait. Long queue at breakfast too and paid USD50 per pax so not worth it - could be the weekend but hotel needs to cater for this."
